Child and Teen Mental Health Coaching
Coaching young people is a powerful, forward-focused approach that supports emotional well-being, builds confidence and empowers children and teenagers to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience. It offers a safe, non-judgemental space where young people can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours, develop self-esteem, confidence and build a practical toolkit to manage stress, anxiety and low self-esteem. Coaching nurtures skills such as self-belief, emotional regulation, communication and decision-making, which are vital for success both in and out of the classroom.

About me
Adrienne Watters
With over 25 years of experience as a Primary Teacher in Edinburgh, Mallorca and England, I've always been passionate about supporting children to thrive. That passion eventually inspired me to follow my heart and leave the classroom behind to retrain as a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Coach – and I haven’t looked back since!
Blue Sky Mindsets was born from a desire to help children and teenagers to build confidence, resilience and emotional well-being in an ever-changing world. I bring a deep understanding of childhood development, alongside specialist teaching qualifications, to provide tailored 1:1 coaching support.
